Text Analysis of the Science and Technology Personnel Policy of Hefei

Taking 30 existing texts of the science and technology personnel policy of Hefei as research samples, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the policy texts from the following four dimensions:frequency of policy promulgation, policy issuing unit, text form of policy and text type. The current science and technology personnel policy of Hefei covers the whole process of the introduction, cultivation, encouragement and comprehensive service of science and technology personnel, which basically forms its main framework. However, the science and technology personnel policy of Hefei still needs to be improved in terms of continuity of policy dispatch, cooperation between different government departments, content and form of dispatch, etc.
