A Study on the Generative Mechanism of the Spatial Layout around the Newly-built Campus in Colleges and Universities

By means of typical investigation, this study analyzes the characteristics of the space field around the newly-built campus and elaborates the main elements of space construction as well as the operational characteristics of mechanism. Results show that it is necessary to give full play to the cooperative relationship among government, market, universities, surrounding residents and other subjects based on the objective analysis of interest demands, and carry out spatial governance from the dimensions of behavior guidance and normative conformity based on the basic principles of sharing and collaboration, so as to achieve social integration between surrounding communities and resources in colleges and universities.
