Abstract
From the perspective of art, the promotion and development of sports dance performance activities in colleges and universities are not optimistic because of insufficient publicity and popularization. Therefore, the promotion of sports dance performance activities in colleges and universities should be based on the popularization of ideas and artistry. To be specific, the promotion strategies include online and offline popularization and the establishment of incentive and long-term mechanism for competition.
