A Study on Employees' Innovative Behaviors Based on the Moderating Effect of Core Self-evaluation

Abstract
In this paper, a questionnaire survey is conducted among 410 employees to study the impact of job satisfaction on their innovative behaviors and its mechanism. Results show that job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on employees' innovative behavior; and the impact is indirectly caused by psychological ownership; besides, core self-evaluation positively moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and employees' innovative behaviors.
