Measurement and Regulation Path of Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity of Cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province Based on Set Pair Analysis

Abstract
Based on a deep understanding of the connotation of resources and environment carrying capacity, this paper constructs an index system for measuring resources and environment carrying capacity from three aspects:social economy, environmental protection and resource utilization. And then the set pair analysis method is adopted to measure the change trend of resources and environment carrying capacity in cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province from 2007 to 2016. It is found that the resources and environment carrying capacity is positively correlated with the social and economic subsystem, and the resources and environment carrying capacity in cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province has obviously turned to a better direction. Based on the measurement results and in view of the current economic development model of cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province, corresponding regulation paths are put forward from five aspects:top-level design, institutional arrangement, inter-governmental cooperation, industrial guidance and subjects' synergy.
