Abstract
Establishing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation mechanism in higher vocational colleges is the key to deepening the reform of personnel system and improving management level. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a differentiated performance evaluation mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges based on digital environment through redesigning and integrating the evaluation factors of differentiated teachers' ability development, stimulate teachers' potential in scientific research and social service work, promote the development of teachers' professional ability as well as the continuous and steady improvement of school's overall performance.
