Research on University Students Volunteer Service System——A Case Study of Anhui Sanlian University

In recent years, university students' volunteer service has developed rapidly. Because of students' time and energy are limited, and they lack of sufficient understanding of the service, which influences the effect of voluntary services. Anhui Sanlian University construct standardized organization, strengthen the training for volunteers, cultivate volunteers base, foster brand for volunteers, perfect incentive measures for them, and construct long-term mechanism for voluntary service.
