Abstract
Based on leadership style theory and correlative theories of creativity, this paper takes inclusive leadership and employee creativity as research objects, and chooses feedback seeking behavior and learning goal orientation respectively as mediating variable and adjusting variable, to construct a model of the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee creativity, so as to explore the impact of inclusive leadership on employee creativity. Results show that inclusive leadership has a significant positive impact on employee creativity. In addition, feedback seeking behavior acts as a partial mediator, while learning goal orientation has a negative moderating effect in the process of impact.
