A Research on the Establishment of Evaluation System for Student Party Members' Management in Colleges and Universities

Student party members in colleges and universities play an important part in the construction of grass-roots party organizations. Strengthening the management of student party members and building a scientific and reasonable evaluation system are of great significance to enhance the fighting capacity of grass-roots party organizations. Considering the existing problems in the evaluation system of student party members in colleges and universities and the characteristics of student party members as well as the actual situation of colleges and universities, a practical point-based quantitative evaluation system of party members is formulated in this paper, which is conducive to improving the management level of student party members in colleges and universities and guiding the all-round development of student party members.
