Abstract
In Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right, Marx criticized Hegel's rational concept of state and opposed the view that "civil society is the product of ideas". He pointed out that all ideas and realistic relations were understood by Hegel as internal imaginative activities. The generally rational state that eliminates personal interests can not solve real problems, but only protect the interests of a few people. Therefore, through the deep analysis of reality, Marx depicted the real individuals in the civil society and family on the basis of criticizing Hegel, and gradually opened up his own road of historical materialism.
