Abstract
The adversity quotient (AQ) scale compiled by Perris et al is used to investigate the AQ of college students. Results show that:first, the overall level of college students' AQ is in the middle level, but their sense of responsibility is relatively weak, and the way of failure attribution needs to be improved; second, 38.76% of college students' AQ level is lower than the average score of the group; third, there are differences in different grades of college students' AQ; fourth, urban college students' AQ is higher than that of rural college students; fifth, poor college students' AQ is better than that of non-poor students. In order to cultivate college students' anti-frustration ability, it is necessary to guide them to face the setback correctly from a positive psychological perspective, improve their psychological quality through mental health education, and strengthen their anti-frustration ability through practical activities.
