Abstract
In the process of new town construction, the peasants who have been expropriated and relocated need to be reemployed in order to maintain their normal life. Limited compensation for demolition can not guarantee their long-term living expenses, so it is imperative to seek the employment path of expropriated and relocated peasants. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the employment security system of the peasants who have been expropriated and relocated, provide vocational and technical training and subsidies for those peasants, promote regional economic development and employment of those peasants.
