On Teaching Design of POA-Based Flipped Classroom—A Case Study of “Integrated English” Course

Abstract
The teaching model of flipped classroom based on micro-lecture and production-oriented approach corresponds with the foreign language education reform, because it uses modern education means, such as micro-lecture, and flips classroom to improve students' practical ability by helping them internalize knowledge and output effectively. Based on the course features and current situation of Integrated English for undergraduate English majors, this paper discusses how to flip classroom with micro-lecture and training courses and apply it in lead-in, vocabulary, reading and grammar, etc., to encourage students' participation and promote the teaching effect.
