A Research on the Cultivation Path of Law Talents with Both Morality and Law

In the new era, the international and domestic situation puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of law talents. It should be clear that law education is vocational education, elite education rather than well-rounded education. After the undergraduate cultivation, law graduates should have basic knowledge of law, legal literacy, professional ethics, social responsibility and social adaptability. Therefore, the cultivation of law talents should focus on foundation, moral education and practice. In addition, national standards for the quality of law teaching should be implemented, so as to improve the quality of law talent cultivation.
