A Research on the Function Orientation and Education Mode of Undergraduate Tutorial System

  • It puts forward new requirements by high-level undergraduate education for undergraduate tutors in information literacy, discrimination ability and cross-border awareness. Undergraduate tutors should give full play to the direction guiding function of teaching by words and deeds, the study guiding function of timely guidance and the heart guiding function of emotional exchange, and implement the scientific research education mode of "promoting learning by research", competition education mode of "interdisciplinary guidance" and combination education mode of "diversified collocation". Although the function orientation of undergraduate tutor is different from that of counselor and head teacher, the three roles are closely related and should cooperate with each other.
