Abstract
Language communication is the explicit or implicit communication of language possessors and is the active or passive choice of language acceptors. English, French, German and Spanish were once colonial languages. In terms of communication process and communication effect, there are rationalism and romanticism, liberalism and conservatism. They contain both explicit and implicit policies, as well as confrontation and joint strategies between different languages.
