On the Construction and Evaluation of “Golden Courses” in Local Colleges and Universities

Abstract
The construction and evaluation of “golden courses” is very important for the construction of “Double First-Class”. It is the basic project to build education powerful nation, is the internal demand to reshape the quality of running schools, and is the key to solve the high-quality development of local colleges and universities. In view of the main problems existing in the construction of “golden courses” in local colleges and universities, this paper constructs the bi-circulating value evaluation standard model of “four-dimensional integration”, systematically constructs the implementation system standard of “golden courses” according to the basic links and elements of curriculum teaching, and pays attention to the achievement degree between the two, so as to promote the continuous optimization of the construction of golden courses. Local colleges and universities can improve the quality of personnel training and enhance the ability to serve the economic and social development by creating “golden courses”.
