Design of School-Enterprise Co-Construction Course System Based on the Post of “Online Shop Manager”

Xiaozhuang e-commerce college jointly built by school and enterprise aims to cultivate “online store manager” talents, adopts the teaching concept of “integration of network and practice, linkage of industry and innovation”, and designs a scientific, standardized and operable course system of combination of learning with working around the three goals. Since the implementation of the course system, it has effectively solved the problem of low degree of cooperation in talent training between schools and enterprises and between schools, which cannot meet the needs of e-commerce enterprises for online store managers in large quantities, across regions and sustainability.
