Research and Practice of Innovation Ability Training Mode of University Students Majoring in Traditional Metallurgy Engineering

  • Under the background of “new engineering”, based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation and training requirements of universitystudents' innovation ability, the new ironmaking technology team of Anhui University of Technology has actively explored the new mode of talent training. Through the selection and cultivation of innovative talents, the organic integration of scientific research projects and scientific and technological competitions, and the establishment of the operation guarantee mechanism of scientific and technological competition innovation team,the innovation training mode of traditional engineering students majoring in metallurgy has been constructed, which has achieved fruitful results in the cultivation of universitystudents' innovative ability. Team teachers have also gained many honors through guiding university students, forming a virtuous circle of “teaching and learning benefit each other”.
