Cultural confidence is a nation's or a country's high recognition and positive practice of its own cultural value and significance. While constructing Chinese nation's high cultural confidence, general secretary Xi Jinping has systematically and comprehensively expounded the attitude, method and stance to treat foreign culture since the 18th CPC National Congress. Therefore, a scientific view of foreign culture has been formed, including an attitude to be open and tolerant towards foreign culture, a method to learn from others' strong points for complementary and a stance to keep cautious.
