Abstract
Ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities should return to the ultimate source of higher education, promote the development of discipline connotation, and stimulate students' individual endogenous motivation. In teaching practice, teachers should use the psychological mechanism of happiness, the practical mechanism of experiential teaching and the teaching mechanism of equal way to guide students to study ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, so as to improve the teaching quality.
