A Research on Improving the Effectiveness of the “Second Classroom Report Card” System of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities

As an important part of the comprehensive reform of “three-wide education”, the “second classroom report card” system of the communist youth league in colleges and universities has enhanced the effectiveness of college education in practice. Due to the lack of understanding and the lag of system construction, the enthusiasm of teachers and students is not high, and the curriculum and evaluation system is not perfect in the specific implementation process.
