A Research on the Students' Association Management in Colleges and Universities Based on the Theory of Standardization Construction

Students' association is an important position for the construction of campus culture as well as the ideological and political education of students in colleges and universities, which plays an important role in the prosperity of campus culture and the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education. At present, there are a large number of student associations in colleges and universities, and the management is relatively loose.There are some problems, such as incomplete management mechanism, low activity quality and insufficient resource guarantee. Therefore, colleges and universities should implement standardization construction in the aspects of organization setting, ideological education, system construction, backbone training and management mechanism of student associations, so as to ensure the standardized operation and practical role of students' associations.
