Abstract
In terms of the shortcomings of existing lean management innovation evaluation research, a lean management innovation evaluation system was constructed from five dimensions:product design, logistics and purchasing, production process, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. In order to ensure the rationality of the index weights, the combinational weight method is used to determine the index weights. At the same time, considering the uncertain information in the evaluation process, an unascertained evaluation model is introduced. An empirical study was conducted with three manufacturing enterprises as examples, and suggestions and strategies were given to promote the improvement of lean management.
