Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Project Management in the Construction Phase

From four aspects of construction project management, such as safety, quality, schedule, and cost, combined with specific engineering examples, the application of BIM technology in the construction phase is studied,and the application value and advantages of BIM technology in project management during the construction phase are demonstrated, namely safety control is more effective, quality control is more reasonable, schedule simulation is more comprehensive, and cost control is more refined.
