Internal Logic and Cohesive Mechanism of Rural Revitalization and Targeted Poverty Alleviation

With coherent and close internal logic, rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation strategy are highly consistent in target, come down in one continuous line in content and progressively connected in practice. However, by examining the development status of the two major strategic cohesion, it is found that there are some problems, such as difference of participants, difficulty of cohesion, lack of security mechanism, poor operation of cohesion, eagerness for quick success and instant benefits in poverty alleviation, lack of cohesion power, frequent risk of returning to poverty, and weak cohesion chain. Therefore, in order to promote rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation, it's necessary to strengthen the conceptual cohesive mechanism, attach importance to the main body cohesive mechanism, construct the guarantee cohesive mechanism, optimize the target cohesive mechanism, improve the assessment cohesive mechanism, and establish the early warning cohesive mechanism.
