Research on the Construction of a School-enterprise Cooperative Practice Education Base for Property Management Majors

Practical education base is a necessary place for cultivating higher vocational talents, and in-depth school-enterprise cooperation is an important way for higher vocational education reform and development. At present, the school-enterprise cooperation to build practical education bases has problems such as insufficient cooperation and poor practical training effects. The joint development of professional courses and teaching materials by school-enterprise cooperation should focus on “broad foundation and flexible modules”, and use project cooperation as the carrier to establish a long-term operation mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation in property management; adopt the talent training of “order training” and “combination of work and study” mode, implement open training classrooms; make full use of policy advantages to build a school-enterprise cooperation and communication platform.
