Abstract
Farm banquets based on human consumption may not only lead to mass food poisoning incidents, but also may bring the risk of disease transmission from person to person. Public health risk management research should not only focus on the "after the event" emergency management system, but also explore the "before" risk prevention. Based on a follow-up survey of human consumption and farm banquets in G County in northern Anhui, five potential public health risks of farm banquets were summarized. Based on the risk prevention system and learning from the local practice of rural banquet public health risk prevention, the risk prevention countermeasures for each link of prevention and control before the banquet, disposal after the banquet, and supervision during the banquet are proposed.
