Abstract
There are some problems in the work of college students' financial aid education, such as the need to strengthen the accurate identification, ignoring the needs of personality growth, and not paying enough attention to the demands of students. This paper has explored ways to accurately grasp students' diversified growth needs, provide students with multi-dimensional development assistance and create a full education environment, so as to improve the quality, pertinence and effectiveness of financial aid education.
