The Implementation Path of PAD Class in the Construction of College Chinese “Golden Course”

  • Ministry of Education has classified the standards of "golden course" as high-level, innovative and challenging. In the construction of College Chinese "golden course", the PAD (Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion) Class should set the integration of knowledge and ability as the goal, change and refine the teaching content, so as to reflect the high-level nature of the course; adhere to improve the teaching methods by adopting student-centered teaching concept, so as to strengthen the innovative nature of the course; and construct a practical and effective formative assessment and evaluation mode to optimize assessment methods, so as to enhance the challenging nature of the course. Internet online teaching means should be adopted to design and improve the teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods.
