Abstract
Responding to the emergencies of college students' psychological crisis is an important part of maintaining the safety and stability of college campuses. With the psychological characteristics of college students in engineering colleges and the current status of psychological crisis intervention in colleges and universities, based on the 4R crisis management theory, corresponding interventions should be carried out in the three stages before, during and after the crisis, in the four stages of reduction, preparation, response and recovery. We should propose corresponding measures to better deal with the psychological crisis of the students from the perspectives of professionalism, science and innovation, reduce the impact and damage that may be caused by psychological crisis emergencies, improve students' psychological adjustment ability, and cultivate good psychological quality, with the effectiveness of psychological education to promote students' physical and mental health and harmonious development.
