A Research on the Improvement of Cultural Service Strategies of "HappyReadingroom" in Hefei

Hefei City Library cooperates with private enterprises to build the "Happy Readingroom" project, which is carried out in the form of purchasing social services, government enterprise cooperation and business + public welfare. However, in the actual operation process, there are some problems, such as high operation cost, insufficient book resource reserve and insufficient professional quality of shop assistants. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen interlibrary cooperation and realize resource sharing; build standardized system and reduce management cost; broaden publicity channels and build brands; strengthen the professional quality of shop assistants and improve the service level.
