Exploration on Cultivating the Ability of Students of Pharmacy Specialty to Solve Complex Engineering Problems

Pharmacy specialty generally carries out related theoretical teaching around basic courses of pharmacy, such as medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology, etc., and provides key courses to cultivate students’ engineering ability at the same time, such as pharmaceutical equipment and process design, pharmaceutical chemical principle and pharmaceutical engineering course design. Through teaching, supplemented by pharmaceutical engineering training, practice in pharmaceutical companies and other extra-curricular teaching means, students are further encouraged to participate in national college students pharmaceutical engineering design competition and pharmaceutical competition, so as to comprehensively cultivate students’ innovation ability and the ability to solve complex pharmaceutical engineering problems.
