Abstract
Network public opinion in colleges and universities has the characteristics of continuous updating of communication venues, immature communication subject ideas, and online-offline linkage of communication methods. Colleges and universities should pay attention to the information analysis of online public opinion, pay attention to reasonable guidance to students, broaden counselors' channels to deal with online public opinion, and form multi-party coordination to respond to network public opinion.
