A Research on Teaching Reform of Intelligent Product Interface Design Course Based on Maker Education

  • Guided by the concept of maker education, the teaching mode reform of intelligent product interface design course is explored to meet the needs of modern life and the future development trend. Driven by maker projects and supported by open-source hardware technology, change the role and evaluation criteria of teachers and make students work together as a team to realize “learning by doing”. Compared with the design before the reform, the rationality and realizability of the final product are improved. The curriculum reform has improved students’ understanding of intelligent product and interface design as well as their ability to solve comprehensive problems.
