An Analysis on the Integration Mechanism of Scientific Research Innovation and Personnel Training in Colleges and Universities——An Empirical Study Based on Postgraduate Survey Data

Abstract
An econometric model is constructed based on the survey data of master graduates to explore the internal relationship between scientific research innovation and personnel training. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between scientific research participation and postgraduate training quality. The training quality of postgraduates interested in further study is significantly higher than that of other groups, and the training quality is highly related to scientific research participation, integration of science and education and tutor guidance density; Female postgraduates’ achievements in scientific research and academic achevements are significantly higher than the average level. According to the research conclusion, relevant reference for improving the quality of personnel training is provided from the perspective of encouraging postgraduates to participate in scientific research, giving full play to the function of scientific research platform and optimizing curriculum.
