The Application of Batch Arrival Queuing System in Library Circulation Service System in University

This paper proposes to apply the batch arrival Mx/M/N/M queuing system to the library circulation service system in universities and establishes the queuing theory of this service system through statistical analysis of the data of Huiwen system. The model obtains performance indicators such as the system's circulation intensity, steady-state average captain, steady-state average stay time, and system loss rate, and gives management suggestions for setting the number of service desks in this museum under the current epidemic prevention and control normal.
