Abstract
Combined with the characteristics of engineering theoretical mechanics courses, the exploring and teaching design of ideological and political elements of the course are discussed from the aspects of philosophical thought, engineering and life practice, and character stories, etc. We should revise syllabus, optimize curriculum design and course evaluation system, and enhance the reflection on it to achieve the same frequency resonance of "teaching" and "education", and make teaching and ideological and political education go in the same direction to promote the teaching effect.
