Abstract
The purpose of quality evaluation is to examine the effectiveness of value thinking in guiding college English teaching. Through tracking the feedback of 2017 non-English major undergraduates on the training mode of value thinking ability during college English learning in Harbin Engineering University, the quantitative evaluation mechanism is introduced, and based on the SERVQUAL gap evaluation model, the evaluation mode of value thinking leading through college English teaching quality is constructed, and the "expectations" and "actual feelings" of students are compared. This paper finds out the gaps and deficiencies of value thinking leading through college English courses, and puts forward corresponding improvement and perfection countermeasures, so as to achieve the purpose of value thinking guiding through college English education and teaching.
