Research on the Configuration Effect of Science and Technology Innovation Governance Capability in Anhui from the Perspective of Innovation Chain

Based on the theoretical framework of innovation ecosystem, this paper discusses the configuration effect of governance capacity in each link of scientific and technological innovation in Anhui Province by using fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis method. The research finds that the driving path of knowledge R & D governance capability is environment promoting governance and innovator-environment dual driving. The driving path for the governance capability of achievement transformation is environmental promotion governance and resource-environment dual driving. The driving path for the market-oriented governance capability of achievements is the dual driving force of subject-environment and collaboration-environment.
