Abstract
Referring to the success model of information systems, an evaluation index system for the quality of online education platforms is constructed from three dimensions:system quality, information quality, and service quality. The reliability and validity of the evaluation index system are evaluated using user sample data from China University MOOC (N=187) and Super Star MOOC (N=138), and the weight coefficients of the evaluation index are determined by using principal component analysis. Propose a quality evaluation method for online education platforms based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and conduct empirical research on this evaluation method using MOOC and Super Star MOOC of Chinese universities as examples. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results indicate that the advantages of the MOOC platform quality in Chinese universities are reflected in system quality and information quality, while the advantages of the Super Star MOOC platform quality are reflected in service quality.
