Research on Improving the Effectiveness of Employee Professionalism Training in Enterprises Based on Satisfaction Level

Abstract
Taking 174 trainees of two phases of employee vocational literacy training of an enterprise as the research object, we construct a three-level vocational literacy training satisfaction evaluation index system, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to conduct comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis of vocational literacy training satisfaction. The results show that the overall satisfaction of vocational literacy training is high, the satisfaction of training courses, teacher level, training organization and training services is relatively high, and the satisfaction of training environment is relatively satisfactory. However, in the three-level evaluation factor layer, there are more dissatisfied and less satisfied factors. On this basis, the strategic path to improve the effect of vocational literacy training is proposed.
