Abstract
The implementation of undergraduate student tutoring systems in some universities has led to increased professional identity and learning interest among students, resulting in significant improvement in their academic performance. It is suggested that universities further clarify the responsibilities of tutors, define students’ obligations, and incorporate the actual contributions of undergraduate student tutoring systems into teacher evaluation mechanisms to enhance the enthusiasm of tutors and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
