Abstract
By introducing the characteristics and effectiveness of blended teaching mode under the background of digital intelligence empowerment, this study identifies problems in the teaching mode of English teaching theory courses in normal colleges, such as inadequate digital resources, rigid integration methods, and insufficient student initiative. It proposes new solutions under the background of digital intelligence empowerment: improving the integration of new teaching resources, designing new blended learning methods, and enhancing student participation and interaction to increase interest. After the implementation of the reform, students show high recognition and satisfaction with the innovative blended teaching mode, their learning initiative is stimulated, learning efficiency is improved, and the effectiveness and quality of education are enhanced.
