Comprehensive Reform and Practical Research on Talent Cultivation in Design Majors Based on Engineering Background

Design majors currently face issues such as homogenization in talent cultivation models, a relatively monolithic faculty structure, and inadequate implementation of multi-party collaboration. Through robust measures like enhancing the construction of a faculty team with an engineering background and establishing a novel applied-oriented talent development system, this study has successfully improved the quality of professional talent cultivation.
