Abstract
The cultivation of students’ solving complex ecological and environmental problems is the primary task of college teaching reform for environmental science and engineering specialty. In the teaching reforms of environmental planning and management, based on the learner-centered approach and results-orientation, including revision of teaching outline, reforming teaching contents, optimization of curriculum resources, and implementation of evaluation patterns to improve teaching quality continuously.
