Research on the Feelings of Ideological and Political Teachers Cultivated by the Centennial Spiritual Pedigree of the Communist Party of China

  • The centennial spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China has rich connotation and essence, which is not only the political code for our Party to create human miracles, but also the source of power to promote the continuous vitality of our Party, and provide rich nourishment for the cultivation of ideological and political teachers. As the “soul engineer” who cultivates the foundation and casts the soul, the depth of ideological and political teachers’ feelings determines whether the ideological and political course can complete the mission of educating people. Therefore, we should deeply cultivate the centennial spiritual pedigree into the feelings of the ideological and political course teachers, so that the people who speak the feelings have feelings. It is necessary for ideological and political education teachers to strengthen their theoretical learning, cultivating sentiments through exposure to knowledge. It requires integrating the spirit of the Party’s centennial history into the institutional system, developing sentiments through institutional incentives. It also necessitates immersing the external environment with the spirit of the Party’s centennial history, cultivating sentiments within a positive atmosphere. Moreover, enhancing the teaching abilities of ideological and political education teachers is crucial, sublimating sentiments through the practice of nurturing students’ growth. Through the combined efforts of teachers themselves, schools, and society, we can build a high-quality team of ideological and political education teachers, nurturing more aspiring individuals for the great rejuvenation of our nation.
