Promotion Strategies for International Trade of Agricultural Products in Chinafrom the Perspective of Intellectual Property Protection

  • Currently, the rapidly developing cross-border e-commerce trade of agricultural products has put forward more complex and systematic requirements for intellectual property protection. Starting from the significance of intellectual property protection in promoting international trade of agricultural products in China, this article elaborates on the practical significance of intellectual property protection in increasing agricultural industry profits, improving agricultural industry chains, and enhancing international competitiveness of agricultural industries. Combining with the intellectual property issues in international trade of agricultural products in China, it proposes to deepen collaborative protection of intellectual property rights suggestions, including improving the intellectual property review mechanism and enhancing the overseas assistance mechanism for intellectual property.
