Research on the Reform of Talent Training Mode for Engineering Cost Major Facing High-Quality Development of Construction Industry

The high-quality development of the construction industry in the new era puts forward new requirements for the training of engineering cost talents. Guided by the market, this article provides an in-depth analysis of the current demand for engineering cost talents in the industry. In view of the current deficiencies in talent training, including the lack of curriculum diversity and Intersectionality, the lack of in-depth practical teaching, and the incomplete high-level education system, this paper focused on promoting the integration of disciplines, optimizing practical education, and classifying chemical subjects, and promote the reform of training models by building a BIM+ curriculum system and establishing an intelligent practice platform, so as to provide a reference path for cultivating high-quality and compound talents in engineering cost majors.
