Education is a decisive cause for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and it is essential to deeply interpret the spirit of educators to promote the development of education. From the perspective of spiritual traits, the spirit of an educator embodies the unique qualities of being rooted in the people, bravely shouldering the mission of rejuvenation, leading by virtue and being a role model, enlightening the mind, guiding research according to the situation, standing at the forefront of the trend, pioneering and innovating education, being benevolent and virtuous, silently nurturing people, integrating domestic and foreign cultures, and inheriting the essence of civilization. From the perspective of the value of the times, in the new journey, the spirit of educators has important value in building a strong teacher, a strong education foundation, and a strong country.
